Best in the Midwest
The midwest definitely does not get enough love on this board, most really stunning tattooers set up shop on the coasts and for obvious reasons. So, this is the thread to talk about the men and women who don't get enough praise and/or recognition!
Who do you like in the Midwest? I know there are good tattooers everywhere but they're a little harder to find around here it seems...

Re: Best in the Midwest
Dan Rick and Jeremy Ross Armstrong are on my list of favorite tattooers for sure. I'd definitely be interested in seeing other folk's mentions.

If you count Colorado, Andy Canino @ Think Tank (Denver, CO), also, Lifetime Tattoo in Denver has some good artists.

CTC holds it down
Ryan Cooper Thompson is legit.
There are a few good people in Wichita (Josh Cruse, Steve Turner, Denis McPhail)
I know Texas is considered a part of the South, but as far a no coast vibe goes, the tattooing there speaks for itself.

Re: Best in the Midwest
yeah i was wondering where the midwest stops as far as this goes.
Anyone & everyone at Bolder Ink if thats the case, although personally I dont count CO or any of the mountain range as midwest. I figure if it's not flat anymore it doesnt really count as midwest haha
