Just got done with my chest/half sleeves from Horitomo at State of Grace. Took me a couple of years to get it all done since I had to fly there and book back to back sessions. First, here is a pic of my fucked up tattoo that I got when I was 18. Horitomo touched it up and incorporated it with his art. SOrry not sure why some photos are posting sideways, I have it upright when I loaded them.

Those are some crazy good sleeves. I love how Horitomo layered the atmosphere and dragon/ho-o on the back of your arms. Nice depth.

I'm jealous.

That is very high praise, indeed.

I feel like you and @else get some sort of Lifetime Achievement award for Doing It Right. Much respect to you for diving in headfirst.

Ha! The award is having tattoos I really like to look at. :) Thanks for saying so. I am grateful to resources like LST for helping me learn about good tattoos.

@sophistre looking really good! Will Greg be doing the rest of your arm also?

He is doing the whole arm, yes! We're almost finished, too. Hopefully at some point I'll be able to get a picture of everything together.

Hi, here is a healed photo of the hell scene that Tim Lehi did on me last month. He is my favourite tattooer and it was so fun to get this piece from him. I also posted it in this months contest: http://www.lastsparrowtattoo.com/forum/lst-announcements-contests/6076-november-2014-tattoo-month-contest-page4.html#post105993

The size of the photo might be a bit too big, but I will fix it as soon as I can.

It's not too big. A pic of this could never be too big. It really is one of my all time favorite tattoos ever. Really. Next time you are in the Bay area I will buy a round or snacks or something so I can see this face to face. Really.

@Kbee that apsara/tennyo-messenger-spirit-thingy is gorgeous! You have impeccable tastes.

Thanks, @hogg!

Part two of my Simpsons in Space leg sleeve!

Keep in mind that there will eventually be a black space background so the helmets do not look right yet. For example the circles will be stars.

I posted part one here a while ago but here it is if you missed it.

Above is a picture of me laying like a passed out pale seal on Iain Mullens table. Today was the second to last session on my back. Can't wait to see it finished. We're doing the last bit and touch ups with Rudy Fritsch at the Scottish Convention in the end of March. Going to be fun/hell. Todays session was nice except for a few bits. I can't believe how quick this piece has been. I got the idea to start my back in April last year, asked Iain about it and then we started in mid June. It really helps that both him and Rudy work super quick and make for good company + conversations during the sessions.

Secret bit of knowledge exclusively for LST (I know people love that exclusiveness, I sure do): that ain't a dark red, but actually a light gray wash looking bloodied and irritated. Haven't got a piece of color on me, except for a few patches of gray and white.
