I've done the wrong date and misspelled names. Client error.

Recently left out a letter in a word , and was able ta add it.

Twenty something years ago outside of Fort Benning,Ga I did the tattoo "PARAROOPER"' I added a little parachute above it dropping a "T" in.

These are ones that were brought to my attention over the years.

I say client error because often times people are nervous and just write down the wrong dates or actually misspell names

Just saw this on the LST Reddit Account:

Why is this anti-gay Leviticus tattoo extra absurd?

Yesterday, Andrew Sullivan put up a post about an extremely brutal hate-crime attack on an openly gay man. The 2-minute news report he embeds is depressing, but there was something to laugh about at the end. The studio interviewed one of the attackers’ friends, who proudly displayed this tattoo.

It’s a tattoo reading “[Thou] shall not lie with a male as one does with a woman. It is an abomination. Leviticus 18:22?. Who else sees the problem here?

Leviticus also forbids tattooing. In the very next chapter.

“Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the LORD. Leviticus 19:28? TechNOccult

The first shop I worked at was huge with 10 artists, it was 90% flash. A little black girl came in on her 18th birthday wanting her name as a tramp stamp huge across her hips. The artist and her go through fonts, print it out, run the stencil. The artist okays it with her through every step to make sure everything as right. She gets her name done, pays, walks out happy as a clam. An hour later she rolls up with her two irate large brothers, and she's crying her head off. The brothers are pissed demanding to talk to the artist. None of us can figure out what the problem is until she pulls up her shirt and shows the tattoo.

Her name was Whitney.

They left out the N.

Yeah. So then the artist was stuck doing a HUGE cover-up, giant purple roses covering the entire bottom half of her back. Suddenly the $80 tattoo that took half an hour to finish is a 3 hour cover-up for free on a Friday night.

Today I was looking at pictures on the internet and came up on Freddy Corbin, my wife was sitting next to me I thought why not find out what she thought about his tattoos. Her first reaction was "wow" then one of the first things she notices is the kanji on his right chest. She couldn't figure out what it was saying but figured he wanted kami sama, but the characters are wrong... Would love to prove her wrong and have his tattoo reading something else but maybe he did just make the mistake of the wrong kanji.

i walked into American Graffitti one afternoon , im thinkin Scott was probably there, I believe it was the late Eric Hogan, had put on the neck of a friend/customer,'' Capricon''. I suggested he get a dictionary. he said" i did look it up" and produced a dictionary with the word misspelled. i believe i suggested he get a better one.
