apt hunting in nyc

Any one have any tips or tricks they'd like to share? Me and the misses are looking for a new place in brooklyn do to a rat infestation and in our current apt.

Buy a .22 and shoot em up.

granted .22 is a low enough caliber bullet where it wouldnt go through floor but Im pretty sure id have to exlpain my self to some sort of law enforcement. Im not so good at that.

Have fun! Finding a good apartment in Brooklyn is damned near impossible. I suggest being ready to run out the door with a check because good apartments go FAST.
