Suggestions for cover up idea?

Hi Folks,

I got this tattoo (first of 3) when I was 19. It looked different when I got it as I had a lot more muscle mass which was replaced by fat :) at another point; notice the loose skin and stretch marks to the right. I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions for a cover up. I recognize it will only look so good given the condition of my arm in general (but what do you do? Exercise? pft :)

Anywho, if anyone one has any suggestions I would appreciate it!

I just a got a piece on my back done at TroubleBound (Alicia E) back in February. Right now my wife and I are buying a house so my tattoo savings is slow going but I'm going to check out infinite Ink as well.

While I am no artist, I still think it looks light enough to be covered fairly easily. I say panther/snake combo simply because it's badass
