Got a lamb and cider stew on the go...

Lamb, cider, mustard, rosemary, carrot, thyme, salt, pepper, celery, carrot, onion and water... Brought to a simmer, just about covered with water and put in the oven for 2 hours @ 130 degrees. Pic later maybe. If its edible.

Took the woman several hours slaving away, but she did well...

Scallops, black pudding and cauliflower purée.

Beef Wellington, greens and red wine / mushroom jus.

There were more pictures but this vintage port is going down too easily and I'm losing control of my arms.

This is perfect. Those scallops... gimmie, gimmie, gimmie.
