I have a pretty good tattoo that I kinda regret. With that said don't try to go to the cheapest dude you know cause you have to live with that shit. Nothing worse than wearing regret... If it is I would recommend for you to not get tattooed at all until you do a lot of research.Dig deep into this forum read and watch everything posted, I suggest starting with the artist interviews and looking through the galleries.
