Is there anything that can be done about this in the short term or must I just deal with it? I know I should get an apprenticeship but I now live in South Korea and it's difficult to find that sort of thing here. Thanks. Start getting tattooed by people with integrity and skill who have earned the right to be tattooers, and do it right. danrman18 Posted May 22, 2013 Author Share Posted May 22, 2013 I've already bandaged it for the appropriate amount of time, cleaned it, and applied the triple antibiotic ointment to it. I was just curious if anyone else had any experience with this sort of issue and if there was any post-tattoo remedy. Seems like there's not. - - - Updated - - - I have a number of tattoos from people who actually know how to tattoo. I went into this knowing that I am not an expert and tried one on myself because I would never do it to another person without the proper experience. You'd have a better chance asking an actual tattooer whos tattooing you this question.
