We will only be selling the storefront and reputation as the first Tattoo shop In Rockwood Tn in forty years. The studio Is set up with two fully functional booths. One in the lobby and another more private booth in the back. It also has a kitchen, restroom, and sterilization room in the back. The lobby is fully closed off from the back, both booths and other rooms being behind the counter. The building itself is 1,000 square feet in the heart of downtown. the lease is $350.00 a month and includes water, we are asking $14,000.00 or best offer we want to sell as soon as possible we are moving in three weeks to be closer to family.
