It is probably a little strange that i did not get one in my eary 20's while in the NAVY. I almost did a couple of times but thankful was not so impaired that i did not notice how shady the places we went to over seas.. Unfortunately i did make a mistake with my second tat choice and have hated it ever since! It is a Dallas Cowboy star (stop laughing! :-) ). So there are a few questions i would like to ask. Since there is a 10 post minimum here are the questions that i do need help with. 1. Can i cover it with another tat? 2. If yes to 1, would i be able to cover a small potion with white ink since it is blue? 3. More expensive to tat over a tat? 4. Can i ask for design help here if i already know the basic design? Basic design is combining the catain america shield with the NAVY operations specialist symbol. I have a concept but want to put a little more personal touches to it and i am stuck. Thanks all! To be frank, these are questions that you should be asking a competent/skilled tattooer. They are fully going to be able to explain the abilities and limitations of what you are working with. Plus, it'll definitely put you more at ease than asking complete strangers on the internet. We, here, just want you to get the best tattoo possible. I would like some concept suggestions on my design though. The shield is too clean and shiny. I want something more rough. Colors for the incorporated symbol arent great. I would also like to expand around as ti e goes by.
