ShawnPorter
It's been a hoot going through all of these videos. I remember buying Frisco Skin when I was 16 and just being so goddanged geeked about getting tattooed. That's when I met Mike Wilson, Guy Aitchison, tons of people who shaped how I grew up. It's fun to go back now and say "holy crap- that's Jeff Rassier with blue hair" and seeing younger versions of your friends, before they were your friends. That's how I felt when I saw the baby Freddy Corbin! It was funny to note that he had referenced that people in SF were most likely to "get a tattoo here," and gestured over the whole area on his face where he's now tattooed, like the thought was always somewhere in the corner of his mind. andrea
ShawnPorter
What's great is I've had a few messages from folks who were all "you know, I have a bunch of VHS tapes in storage somewhere".... I'm encouraging them to convert em to dv, even making lists of stuff they'd need and how to do it- or hell, send them to me and I'll do it. I just don't want this stuff fading away. deaddreamnation

CaptCanada
Just going to bump this tread back up towards the top in case someone hasn't seen the new video. Was great to watch these legends just ramble on and bullshit. When Leo Zulueta came threw the door that took me for a loop cause I have only seen him at his current age. Great video Lochlan

ShawnPorter
@Shotsie- In one of the videos I captured the other night, you're in it with a SWEET mustache. I'll try to get that up soon, not just for the sake of tattoo history, but in celebration of fine facial hair!
