Don't worry about your English,because just learning to speak another language is challenging.I can't imagine learning to speak & write in Russian.There's a lot of excellent tattooers in Russia.Do you have work from any artists in Russia?I did meet a tattooer from Russia last year who was a guest artist at a shop in NJ. https://instagram.com/johnbrass A young guy who does nice work.
