If you can keep up on new music you aren't getting tattooed enough.

I think the only 2015 release I bought and listened to this year was Monolord's Vaenir which is solid.

Vaenir is great, thanks for reminding me gotta put that on.

Cant even remember what came out in 2015 that i liked other than that one though

edit: Bullshit its this, this is the best 2015 release

The Action Bronson record has killer moments, but falls flat as a whole album for me. I need to check out Turnover and the new Torche and Deafheaven records that people mentioned. A friend of mine has been raaaaaving about Turnover, and I always like Torche but never fully invest. They blew me away live in a house a few years back. The previous Deafheaven record took me by surprise, so who knows?

In some particular order:

Touche Amore and Self Defense Family (collab record) - Self Love

Blacklisted - When People Grow, People Go

The Wonder Years - No Closer to Heaven

Desaparecidos - Payola

Beach Slang - The Things We Do to Find People Who Feel Like Us

Pet Symmetry - Pets Hounds

Dr. Dre - Compton

mewithoutYou - Pale Horses

Kyle Kinane - I Liked His Old Stuff Better

I haven't really given this much thought, but I know for sure my favorite album of the year is Megiddo's "The Holocaust Messiah." I also really liked the new Mgla, Hate Eternal, Gnaw Their Tongues (and the collab with Dragged Into Sunlight), and Leviathan full far as EPs, I liked Cosmic Church's new one and the new Vorum. My vote for "most fun" album would probably be Visigoth's "The Revenant King."

(Why yes, I do listen to metal almost exclusively)

    • I'm busy healing my new little addition, I got it on my arm and between the easy spot and the tebori the experience was the easiest to date.  I got a Daruma doll which was one of the two things I originally set out to get anyways, I have some rock climbing goals to reach and if I do I'll get the eye blacked in during the Jacksonville Imperial Arts fest.  Pics in a few days once the eye calms down.
    • Agree with @Oiocha.  Let it heal and then see where you're at with it. I don't think moving your wrist is going to make it any worse. I recently started working on my first larger scale tattoo and I've definitely been down the over-analyze, stare at it all night path with it. It can drive you crazy especially if you're prone to being a perfectionist. Accepting imperfections is part of the process as I'm slowly learning. As a wise man once said in another thread, "my tattoos are as perfect as I am".  Credit for that goes to @JAC1961
