I've been tracing the lineage back to Fred Baldwin, but can't find a lot of info on him other than he taught Charlie Snow, who taught Jerry Swallow. I don't know if you read French, but this has some information about Fred Baldwin's time in Montreal, though there isn't anything so detailed as the address he worked at.
