I've done some research locally, but not online. PicoSure was the recommendation I got from a local tattoo removal shop, but I am interested in hearing other opinions from anyone who has had a tattoo removed in the past. thanks! It seems like the sort of thing that's not effected by personal taste. Id find a local reputable technician and let them do their thing.
