EShugart1996 Posted November 2, 2016 Share Posted November 2, 2016 I got two tattoos around a months ago. Both on my outer ankles. One healed completely fine that one being just black ink. The other one has still not healed fully. It is color and my first tattoo with color. It isn't itching or sore. It's more so scaly in a way. And when I scratch it, it hurts for a few minutes.
