Yeah that's what I was thinking too, I'm leaning towards just doing it in a more realistic style. I'm just not sure how sessions work because this would be my first tattoo that wouldn't be done in a day or atleast I don't think they would do it in a day. SStu Posted October 16, 2017 Share Posted October 16, 2017 Well, photo-realism means just what the name describes, ie: an artist reproduces a scene or picture to exacting detail. Perfect reproduction. Illustration has broader possibilities, with the artist implying the subject with his/her own flair.
