It's been 16 years since my last tattoo but now I'm looking to get a half, maybe full, sleeve done and I want to find someone really good to do it (don't we all). I'm looking for an artist who is good at European style dragons. I'm going to be traveling around for a while so anywhere USA or Canada would be good. Thanks.
