I got a tattoo on my upper arm a few months ago, and (I think because of sunscreen) had a lot of bad inflammatory acne on it. The acne itself has pretty much gone away, but it left behind some unfortunate scarring. Does anybody know if vitamin C or Niacinamide will make the tattoo fade? I'm trying to fade the scars without altering the tattoo itself, and I know that vitamin c and niacinamide are pretty good for fading acne scars.
