Anywhere in North America would do, I am just in general afraid of the laser removal idea so hoping a cover up would get the job done instead! Laser sucks but worth it in the long run. What are you looking for? There are lots of artists that you could reach out to...they will ultimately be the one to say if they can do it and/or if it needs to be lightened up. What part of the States are you located?
