I followed the aftercare instructions as I did with my last tattoo, but the lines now look completely inconsistent and some of them have even disapeared. I haven't gotten a touch up yet but I never thought to tip them. on touchups I might do $30-$60 range, depends on how much they end up doing, gloves, needles, ink, ink pots, saran,paper towels, etc etc , if you think about it they are using a lot of supplies. plus their time.
