AtlasShrugged 2 Posted January 17, 2020 (edited) Sure thing. The reason I joined this forum is actually because I wanna find something to cover both of these up completely, or at the very least make them look less like an ed Hardy shirt. Please let me know if you have any ideas. I like anything with florals or Ancient Roman/Greek themed but I’m open to other styles too. SStu 2,289 Posted January 18, 2020 Those are both light enough to cover pretty easily, especially the cat. The real question is what/who you want to do the job - and will their style/outcome prompt the question of lightening them even more with a couple of sessions of laser. All of that would have to be answered by the tattooist in question. Maybe we could provide you some options, but where do you live? oboogie
AtlasShrugged 2 Posted January 19, 2020 I live in Montreal. The tattoo artist I consulted said it would be impossible to cover with another tattoo but that she could make them black and grey at least. Unfortunately, I researched that and most people say that that’s impossible.

IMO that's a very much possible cover up, there are plenty of good tattooers that specialize in cover ups,you just haven't found the right one yet. AtlasShrugged 2 Posted January 20, 2020 That’s reassuring. The question is, what do I cover it with?
Gingerninja 2,598 Posted January 20, 2020 I can see why you would want to cover them up but let's not bring Ed into this. It doesn't look anything remotely like Hardy. oboogie, Hands On and AtlasShrugged 1
SStu 2,289 Posted January 20, 2020 You've got lots of options. Figure out what style you want to look at forever and then we can help located capable prospects who shine in that style. If you want really bright floral this girl looks good: https://www.instagram.com/zema1/ Any black/grey realism specialist should be able to reproduce ancient roman/greek statues and such https://www.instagram.com/caponitattoo/ and https://www.instagram.com/uptowntattoosmtl/ are just a couple of examples . . . SStu 2,289 Posted January 21, 2020 He hasn't been here for a while, but @Graeme lives up there and knows the local scene well. Do a thread history on his posts and you'll find some good info on Montreal tattoo artists. oboogie
