koi fish and dragon

This tattoo was first done by someone i kniw and that was a terribke mistake on my part. Im in the process of getting it fixed now by a proffesional, it used to look much worse and sorry for the bad picture but i want to bring this down into a dleeve and i just have no clue whatto add on to this. Any ideas?
