Well here is my first tattoo. Done by Kore Flatmo at Plurabella Studio in Cincinnati. WE got around four hours done yesterday. I will be back right around thanksgiving to finish it. It was a great experience KOre was great to work with, he is a true gentleman, and a credit to his profession.

3rd session on my back,6 hours of background.

Getting tattooed by Jeff Gogue in a little more than an hour! Already saw Stewart, Valerie, Shige, Tomo, Henning, Rubendall, Hooper, etc. among others wandering the lobby :)

Anyone living in or coming to Melbourne, Australia should really get amongst Fergus Simms tattoos. He has dozens of amazing tattoos from the guys at Smith St. and you can really see their influence in his tattoos.

I do have to say looking back on this thread I have lost my ability to collect anything but tattoos since they consume most of my cash. Only thing I "collect" like crazy are metal tshirts and other weird tshirts. I have a stupid amount of them, just wished I didn't get fat to wear the 100+ that are sitting in massive tubs in my closet.

@jade1955 A bit of a mixture- some walnut, some maple and the knife on top is a native Cambodian wood whose name escapes me. Citadel are quite reputable, although they're better known for making swords than knives.

I have a black and grey Indian lady head from Hector. Hector kills it. Getting some script from Freddy would be awesome. Definitely on my list too.

Already started, most of front of shin, a bit behind knee/little calf, and tail up thiegh, working around what's there. Tim's amazing, outline all done and at least 50% of stripes filled in with black. We would've most likely done more, but as soon as he said "We can be done whenever you'd like," I was pretty much done. I try not to tap out until they do! Next app't, Nov. 15th. But just know, it's going to be so awesome, it's going to piss you off. :)

Peacock walking out of the woods to hang out was pretty random. This bird was not scared. This guy had serious swagger. I just bought my girl a smartphone for her birthday, which is only awesome for me to use for a better camera than my phone, and awesome for her to have a facebook machine.

Shawn is essentially our bonafide Pushead leader. Anyone with a Pushead tattoo they care to share?

Hector Fong does some interesting Japanese work. Also, Freddy Corbin's no one-trick pony; he can definitely do some mean traditional or non-religious black and grey (or even script if you're into that). Also, another guy who does great Japanese work: Kahlil Rintye at Tattoo City. Also, also.

Everyone is checking in to the Hyatt on IG. I'm so hyped for this weekend.

Honestly, it has been a hellish couple of weeks in terms of work and insane schedules and blah blah blah but @Graeme and I are going on a tattoo road trip to New York this weekend and that is totally, totally, getting both of us through the week. Tattoo anticipation is a great coping mechanism during times of stress! :)
