  1. My humble addition! It has a bit of glue (after second skin application) on it still.

  2. Great work everyone. I'm actually trying to get a memorial piece for my mom and dad, but haven't heard back from my original choice in artists. It's been 2 weeks since I emailed him (his preferred method of contact) and I'm about to switch to someone else.

  3. mine is a bit different, but I got it well after she died. it's a minogame: a Japanese folk turtle with seaweed on its back, surrounded by waves and maple leaves. it represents felicity and longevity, and for me it represents my mother who liked fall and the ocean. death sucks, death sucks so much, but at least we can get nice tattoos

Also this one. It came out too close to reference.. I love it to bits, but still it bugs me a lot that I haven't asked to change it more. It was originally designed by Elizabeth Huxley.

    Help

Stalker here, This is you trying to one up Dan in the other thread, know it all style; which again has been covered several times on the forum: "What Dan means to say is.. You have to let it heal before you can accurately judge a tattoo. You can't tell if there's an issue in a week. Give it a 3-4 weeks. Go back to get it fixed if you don't like it." No shit. I'm actually the farthest from a douche, just also tired of the same dumb questions being asked over and over by new posters (or 6 year posters). I understand most just want to show their tattoos (which is fine) but try doing an internet search first. Why would the aftercare change? How do you not know what too much lotion is? Answer: rub it in until fully absorbed. Also, post your half sleeve or one large tattoo.

  15. FOUR TIMES! I understand you are worried, but if everyone is telling you the same thing, I'm not sure why you keep asking. Blow outs suck, but they are a part of getting tattoos. And there is nothing you can do about them, so try to relax.

  16. Are these areas blow outs or normal healing? you can't tell any F***ing thing in a week ! it's just healing Just the last two letters look blown out to me? You have to let it heal before you can accurately judge a tattoo. Just worried me cos none of my others have looked blown out while healing Let it heal. Breathe! Can a tattoo look blown out while healing? Listen, EVERYONE is telling you to calm down and let it heal. I don't think there's any need to be rude. I was simply asking advice about whether it is a blow out or not.
