  1. Should be. I've always been told it's ok and to use spf 30 or better. Just use a basic sunscreen, not sun block, and one that doesn't have a bunch of additives and frangrances.
  2. I don't think that these have been posted yet. Video 4 and 5 is NSFW(nudity). Old Tattoo Design Video Part 1 Old Tattoo Design Video Part 2 Old Tattoo Design Video Part 3 Old Tattoo Design Video Part 4 Old Tattoo Design Video Part 5
  3. Feel better Jolly? Sounds like you've wanted to say that for a while now. You had me thinking about a shop in Augusta. The owner doesn't tattoo, but her son does. He's not very good either. He thinks he's all that and a bag of chips though. The owner completely bombarded the radio and tv with ads and discounts and give aways of all kinds. She did have some great artist working for her until they got fed up and left opening their own shop across the street. She wouldn't hire anyone that wasn't tattooing for less than 10yrs and wouldn't let any new apprentice in unless they had a assoc degree in art. Now that shop is only surviving on the military crowd that doesn't realize that they are over paying by 100%. A tattoo that would cost 100 - 200 anywhere else with better artist they are charging 300-400. Crazy.
  4. That's awesome Bart. That took some serious acting skills. Maybe you should have gotten into the movie business.
  5. I saw this video recently of the 3-day sleeve. I was just trying to imagine how hard it is to sit for that long, and get tattooed so much in such a short amount of time. Does anybody here have any stories of a marathon session like this? http://vimeo.com/18984844

    i hate my job.

I totally understand where you are coming from. I've always been the man with the plan. I had a good job right out of high school, things were moving pretty good. I was making good money, bought a car, house, and was doing very well all by the age of 22. The only problem was that I hated my job. I worked at a hospital and I had an evil boss.(I know everybody thinks there boss is evil.) This lady really was. It finally got to the point that after I quit and the company investigated why I quit that they discovered that she was pure evil and fired her. Anyway, I started working in EMS. I love being an EMT. I love helping people and meeting people and everything about the job that I do. There is however a very dark side to my job. And now, I'm looking to get out. But I too don't exactly have a plan. As I am falling farther into debt because my job doesn't pay well, I begin wondering a lot about what I am going to do. I know how you are feeling. I know that things will work out for you and you will do great things. I have faith that I will work out my troubles as well. The best thing that I have done for motivation is when I'm sitting around doing nothing. I take a look around and say, "Fuck this, I didn't get this far to just let the world kick me in the butt." Then I get up and start studying, practicing, and just being productive.
  7. Your paintings a amazing. I know you're gonna be busy with your show for the next few days, but when you get a chance, could you give me a general pricing on your work. I would love to own some.

  8. Take pictures and post them so I can feel like I'm there. LOL. I'm too far away to make it.

  15. Did story 3 involve some counciling as well? The possibilities of what you listed are endless and horrible.
  16. I personally like to see a lot of variety. It's kind of like reading a book. Different chapters of a persons life.
  17. OMG. I got more interested in all the unusual things in the background of all the photos. Baby toys, sip cup on the floor, and my favorite the stains. I don't know if they were the stains of the last dead body or what. I know, everybody should carpet the place that they tattoo in, it won't grow mold or bacteria. The cover-ups made me laugh. Oh and don't forget to pick up a "souviner". And they offer tattoo parties at you house, awesome.
  18. Carley Peace, the Merriwether Elementary School second-grader struck by a vehicle in Edgefield County, S.C., last week, died at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday according to the Edgefield County Coroner's Office. Deputy Coroner David Burnett listed the cause of death as traumatic brain injury. Family members had gathered at Medical College of Georgia's Children's Medical Center since the April 12 incident. Doctors told them bleeding around the young boy's brain following the incident had subsided, a positive sign, but the brain activity specialists continued to look for never emerged. No charges have been filed, and the South Carolina Highway Patrol has not released any substantial information as it continues with the detailed investigation. Funeral arrangements are pending. The is from the Augusta Chronical website today.
  19. Aces and Eights Tattoo in Augusta, GA is also do tattoos from the Eddie Peace Vol. 1 Flash Book to help raise money. I just left from there and got a little tattooing done and donated.
  20. If you look at the close-up, it does have the circle. It's in red? reddish? Hard to see, but it's there.
  21. OMG, Page 6 1st pic. The symbol that's a "personal design". It's the freaking Anarchy symbol. How is that a "personal design"? I don't like to talk trash about other peoples tattoing, and I'm not gonna talk about the quality of work, just his attitude.
  22. I'm not too far from their shop. I'm gonna have to swing by and give my regards. These kinds of accidents can be tough to handle.
