It got to like 80 in Oakland yesterday.

We have had a rough go of it.  God forbid it gets to 85-90.

Tons of fly fishin'. I hate being stuck in an office for 50-60 hours a week, so getting out every weekend is pretty much mandatory at this point in order for me to not lose it on the daily.

I recently got out with Mr. Chuck Ragan from HWM a couple times. I felt like a total fan boy/nerd.

also joined a great gym and getting back in shape since I'm getting married this year.

I'm trying to convince myself to come out on Saturday as well, but after the other knee gets finished, the likelihood of that happening is pretty low. I really wanted to also get something from Danny Reed this year, too.

I just booked my other knee with Chad K. for the SFO convention. I am hoping that not showing up slightly hungover and nauseous will make for a better tattoo experience.

When you were showing Chad your sugar skulls I knew I had seen them on here before but I felt awkward saying "hey, I know those tattoos from the internets" plus you were with friends and I didn't wanna hold you up. Next time I'm in Austin I need to make a week of it, I woke up at 3 that morning in Colorado, 33 degrees at my house, off the plane into 90 and humid, and then of course I drove home in a blizzard yesterday.

Boy, your return flight must have been just as fun as mine was.

@dcostello I was the guy who came in around 2 and found out I got double booked. Your knee looked killer when it was finished, have fun healing that beast.

I have some inner thigh/tenderloin spots and a few tiny spaces on my legs, but if I said "I'm done" now, I don't think anyone would fault me.

I can't speak towards many artists in AUS, but will say that any lady head/animal combo is in the realm of Valarie Vargas from the UK. She tends to travel a lot, so it may be worth the wait to catch her at a convention in Australia (if she attends).

I'm flying into JFK. It currently says that my flight lands on time and that there were minor delays flying into there today. I depart @ 0705PST, so should be landing around 3:00EST... Hopefully.

Battle Royale to pick up a shirt for Ross.

It's been raining here all day and it's only 40 degrees.. The bigger issue is that there hasn't been street cleaning in over a month.. so basically the streets are full of garbage. I parked on a fucking MOUNTAIN of fish spines the other day. It's.. not good. But uh yeah, C'MON BY!!

I had my lower leg done on Friday and am regretting it. Healing by the ankle for me is the worst.

It's been a good amount of time since I've posted here. The only real interesting news in the tattoo world is that I have an appointment with Chad K @ Rock of Ages in April. Big ol' tiger on the knee.

That should be a fun flight home.
