    Showlist

I haven't read through the thread but I have a feeling my shows are of a little different flavor than what most of y'all have been seeing, this month I went to see Phish for the first time, pretty good scene as far as the jam thing goes, the next week I went to Sound Tribe Sector 9, Snoop Dogg opened for tribe which was hilarious, never thought I'd see that guy live. A week later I went to Snowboard on the Rocks, 3 snowboard movie premiers and sets from Michael Menert, DOOMTREE, and RJD2, next night YAMN! played down the road from me so I checked that out... this last weekend I didn't go to a show but my friend spun a set in my living room from 7PM to 7AM. Good month for music overall I'd say, had a lot of fun, I gotta give my legs a break from dancing though, if I bust my ankle before snowboard season I'll be pissed.

Oh, he has like a dog phone! I wonder what the benefits could be
  3. I don't drink anymore but there's a lot of good microbreweries in Colorado. If you have the chance check out anything by Odells (not to be confused with O'Douls), Lefthand, Ska, or Oskar Blues. There's quite a few more but they had some of my favorites. Non-locals I liked were Stone and Deschutes.
  4. Just got onto Ryan Mason's (exceptionally long) waiting list, he wasn't feeling my idea for a sleeve but the chestpiece is another story, should start working sometime next year. Stoked! Now I gotta find someone closer to home to work on my arm in the meantime. Anyone got artist recommendations in the fine state of Colorado? There's a few I've had my eyes on who's style would work well for what I'm looking to do with my arm but if you know anyone I should check out I'd appreciate it.
  5. As of now I don't have any tattoos, so obviously I'm not in the situation of running out of space, but most of my plans are for larger scale work so I can see that once I get started and feel the need to keep going, I'll get there soon enough. Most of the people I'd like work from are out of state though, so travel time and money will slow me down quite a bit. Probably don't deserve to be posting in this thread but I thought I'd throw my newbie perspective in here.
  6. Sandy Calistro has some pretty neat ones
  7. I've been really impressed with Ryan Mason out of Scapegoat Tattoo in Portland, OR's work. I see his stuff online on blogs and stumbleuponing quite a bit but a quick search shows me that only one other person has mentioned him in the forums. I really dig his style and I'm working on planning a trip out west to get some work done.

    y helo thar~!

Hello everyone, I'm really new to the world of tattooing and figured this seemed like a great place to learn more about it. I always wanted to get some tattoos but never had any money for ink, now that saving up for one is more realistic I started researching and found this site here. I look forward to reading and talking with all of you guys and turning some of my ideas into badass pictures on my flesh.
