@MsRad: No, YOU are!
@irezumi: Free the Pimp, you know the deal. :)
-
We've already seen nudes; it's all downhill from here.
Which is why way of saying, "Welcome, fellow Texan!"
-
That is gorgeous!
-
Make another visit to SF and I'll show you some more of that Texan hospitality. :)

I'm a grind-at-home kinda guy myself, RockelMan, but I'm also a 3-cup-a-day kinda guy, so the first one at home is just the beginning.
I see that you keep your grounds in the freezer--stop doing that! I did it for years until a roaster told me that the moisture in the freezer is coffee's mortal enemy. Keep them in an airtight container (think Tupperware) on your counter. You'll really taste the difference.

Any post made in celebration of Coffee gets my full endorsement.

Haha, I got a shout-out as "the collector guy who runs around with a Horitomo tattoo." Great interview of a great artist.
-
Big, big fan of your work, Bryan. And hey, we're both Texans! Love the interview and can't wait for the rest of it.
-
Congrats, Jen, and best of luck on you and Richard's new lifestyle.
-
I've got a fair amount of that stuff jabbed into me. Chris Trevino grinds his own black sumi, as does Horitomo. Here's a pic I snapped of Horitomo prepping for my first tebori session:
I'm corny, but I really felt that it added something to the whole ritual.

Yep, I believe that's Kazuyoshi.

Got a copy for Christmas. Top-notch stuff!

"Unlike the Destiny's Child song 'Bootlylicious,' I think that it should be obvious to all gathered here today that the groom is ready for this jelly."
-
Who doesn't love Freddy. Thanks so much for this interview! Can't wait for the next parts. EDIT: Ha...the interview is just like getting tattooed by Freddy in that he takes a break to grab a tea.
-
This was such a great read--thanks so much for posting it, Jennifer. I got tattooed by Richard Friday night (I was the last appointment) and had a blast. It was one of the few times I wished that the tattoo had taken longer--Richard was cracking me up the whole time.
-
I love his comment: "I'd rather see somebody with no tattoos than with bad tattoos."
-
Thanks so much for this. Great, great story (and a great dragon, too). Just one correction: Pinky's Chinese, not Japanese. :)
-
And Big Jonny, of course, wins. Welcome!
-
The "Juan and Freddy in Amsterdam" part was a highlight for me. Great interview!
-
