  1. Ha yes the War Boy idea is great. I could see that being pulled off really well.
  2. Boy you aren't kidding. We just had a baby and my wife was reading up on when it's okay to drink. It basically isn't. Everything sits in the milk, you essentially have to "pump and dump" if you get too drunk, or take something you shouldn't have (I'm talking something as simple as Peptol Bismol being a no-no). Infection could certainly pose a risk, but I don't think it's the court's decision. It is certainly something the mother should take in to account.
  3. My shirts, pants, and boxers have yet to wear mine away. Although I do make sure to put some fabric between my back and a barbell. That knurling!
  4. @BrianH Yeah I can empathize with that. I was just trying to hold on to my gains for the time I was getting my back done. @RoryQ Nice. I really Like Pavel and what he preaches, but damn I just would not be able to follow a routine like that.
  5. How's everyone progressing these days? I've been maintaining strength and dropping some fat for the upcoming summer season. Right now I'm in the best shape since 2012, which is a good feeling. Except for my wallet, because I had to buy all new pants. @BrianH how's that dead lift progressing?
  6. I think it's okay, just something in the air. Perhaps @Isotope could at least recommend to his friends friend that she should not get tattooed in kitchens anymore. It's weird that the text quote looks ok, but the heart with the infinity symbol looks like it went on with a sharpened bic pen.
  7. The forum sure is going through a weird phase right now. Emotions seem to be running high this week already. "Let's critique these poorly done and cliche tattoos in the section for poorly done tattoos." "No fuck you, you might offend someone." "Hey guys storm is coming, be safe" "No fuck you, go post worthwhile content." "No fuck you, I'm out" "No, please stay. I just wanted to tell you to fuck off but you weren't supposed to be offended by it." That about sums up what I've read today so far. Yeah yeah, I know, forget all this and lets get back to talking about getting good tattoos. Because this forum only has 1 section, and it's only about that.
  8. @mmikaoj has some great black tattoos. I've always been interested in color, but damn his tattoos look great.
  9. Yeah I had no coverage, so mine goes pretty far around the sides... not that that's the reason mine took so much more time, but just another factor. If I dig deeper in to my 90 hour quote, I would say it was less. 18 months, a session each month. Average was actually probably closer to 4 hours of actual tattooing per session. That puts me around 72 hours. It adds up.
  10. @Cicada That's a shame, but the internet is the internet. LST is as subject to that as anywhere else. That's the risk we take to share what we have with others. Who is the artist who has done your work? I'd love to see a portfolio or something. Traditional Japanese is my favorite.
  11. Mine took about 90. And in retrospect, it really didn't seem like it took that long.
  12. Hit paragon level 300+ and we'll talk. Just got a Steam gift card for my bday. I think I'm going to put it towards Witcher 3.... It'll depend on what games are on sale when I get home.
  13. @misterJ saw it on Instagram, looks great!
  14. I was thinking straight across the chest. That way when you squat, shirtless, in front of a mirror, you know you'll always be in the right position.
  15. Great start @cltattooing. So many lines already. Are you the type that prefers lines or shading? I always thought lines were the easy part :P.
  16. I stalked you out after a few guesses. I'm Wilksdog on there
  17. Glad you had a good experience @cltattooing. Sounds awesome so far.
  18. So, a bearded woman then?
  19. First, don't worry about offending people with your tattoos. Second, you'll find that things getting stuck with arrows is not uncommon in tattoo imagery. I couldn't find any koi examples, but there are plenty of wolves. There is also a member here who has a wolf being shot up done by Chris O'Donnell, but I can't remember who it is. I think a shot up koi would look pretty cool. Valerie Vargas
  20. I would gladly share any where from 1/3 to 2/3rds of a six pack with you.
  21. This is why I have tattoos I can cover. Once I got over my need to please everyone at the ripe age of 30, I realize I dislike probably 2/3rds of people I meet.
