    Welcome to the forum!!
  2. We all heal at different rates...but it takes months for us all to heal fully. Give it time and don't over saturate it with lotion - your skin needs air to heal.
  3. I hope it turns out to be just what you want!

    New here

Welcome! Post some pics of your work!!
  5. Lots of great ideas, here. I'm looking forward to hearing what you choose and seeing the results. In the end, though, the one person who needs to be happy with the results is you.
  6. Welcome to the forum!! Dublin is on my bucket list, too!
  7. Welcome to the forum! Instagram is your friend in checking out the work of various artists!!

    Hi guys!

Welcome and let's see some pictures of your pieces!!
  9. This looks great!! Your artist is doing an excellent job - let him go with it!! And, welcome to the forum!
  10. It's best to talk with a quality laser removal tech to see what's possible. You can certainly lighten it...and perhaps get it to the point where it can be covered. You'll never get it to the point where you'll have natural skin tone that would permit unconnected individual pieces...but perhaps a competent artist could create a cohesive look of blended designs. The key is to also find a competent artist. Why do you want to remove this one?

I agree that shading the key would be a great way to add dimension! And, welcome!!
  12. First, welcome! I think the idea of adding flowers, leaves, etc would be a great idea.

    Hi

Welcome to the forum...and ask away!
  14. I haven't found any that were actually made as sleeveless dress shirts - just joking about "ordering" some for work. I guess I need to start looking around seriously!! I hate the ragged fluffy cut shirts - I carefully cut off the fringes, too.
  15. For now - working on what to do next and who to do it. I'm in no rush at this point - still working as president of a small college so I'm slowly shocking my board of trustees. :-)
  16. I got my first tattoos within the last year and a half - both at age 61.
  17. Congratulations, Dan!! What great news for you both - and it sounds like the position meets all your expectations, and then some!!

    Hi

    Welcome to the forum!
  19. The key is to research you artist before hand and to be able to clearly articulate your desires and expected outcomes. An artist will always want to have some artistic license or creativity - unless they're working from a stock flash sheet - but it is still YOUR tattoo. Spend some time looking around here at the photos, watch some of the videos, search Instagram for various artists and pieces of work. Do your homework first.
  20. Something like 10 meaningful posts - not just one-word things like "Great" or "OK." You can ask questions here as well as post in other areas - just can't initiate. And, welcome to the forum.
  21. Welcome to the forum! If you let us know where you live, some folks here could possibly recommend a shop and/or artist who might help with the cover-up.
