As for you not caring, that's not true—we've told you multiple times what went on with your tattoo, but you keep talking about an allergy.

If it looks effed up after fully healing, get it touched up. Meanwhile, just let it dry heal.

I actually had a bad reaction to a particular color, but it didn't look like that.  I had to take some antibiotics because it bubbled up and all the color fell out. My artist (who I've gone to for years and still do) threw that color away and has never used it again. He didn't try to blame me, and he was actually massively concerned.

That was tattooed with a heavy, heavy hand, and that person doesn't have a clue how to do coverups. Glad you aren't going back. Definitely keep us updated!

Your artist is full of shit. Do not go back there. For any reason. He overworked your skin and is telling you horse shit to defend his shoddy work. Just keep it dry, take the antibiotics, and you'll be OK.

Yes. It's just the surface. I recently got my knee done, and it had deep grooves in it where it bends. It looks normal now.

It looks like you have been picking your scabs, drenching them in something like Aquaphor, or the artist went WAY TOO DEEP. Essentially, you need to keep it clean, stop drowning it in stuff, and never pick the scabs. It will have to be touched up because whatever you are doing/whatever your artist did has made the scabs pull out a lot of the color.

Just keep it clean and DO NOT PICK at it.
