I got two tattoos around a months ago. Both on my outer ankles. One healed completely fine that one being just black ink. The other one has still not healed fully. It is color and my first tattoo with color. It isn't itching or sore. It's more so scaly in a way. And when I scratch it, it hurts for a few minutes. I don't know what could cause it, if it's the color or what to do to help heal it. Any advice would be amazing.
