  1. that's usually how it goes with any of those flash finder things. best thing is always just to go to a shop. if you really can't decide if it's a good idea to get a tattoo or not, then it's probably not.

Agreed. All those flash sites do is misdirect people on what is a good design. If anything you can get an idea based off of it, but I think its always best to have the artist come up with the tattoo design. Most artist work better when you don't put them in a "box".

But I can see how an app where you can place flash on a body and play around with it, as a "game", would be interesting to people. But to use it as a reference for getting tattoos, might not work as good.

    Just my opinion

  2. That's awesome!!! Yes I'm right on the other side, at Ono's, I won't be in today (sun/mon are my days off) but anytime you're in town I'd love to meet you :). Avery's my boyfriend and I've heard about you and I've seen the picture of the tattoo clay did on you :):) it'd be awesome to meet

  3. I just got a tattoo done by Scott Silvia last Monday (3/26) and I was way beyond excited to meet him and to get a tattoo by, in my opinion, one of the best tattooist out there!! It is my favorite tattoo and fills me full of drive and motivation to keep that fire under my ass to keep achieving and striving to learn. One of the best things about being a tattooist is learning, growing, and evolving through getting tattoos, asking questions, observing, researching, and much much more! Living and breathing tattoos.

I got the Spider Lady because of personal reasons and because its a traditional tattoo design that holds so much history within itself and to see an added new twist to the traditional tattoo designs makes me appreciate and want to know and learn more and more.

This is seriously my new favorite tattoo (as are all new tattoos) And makes me want to strive and continue to get tattooed by awesome, amazing, inspirational, driven artist!

  4. That is super interesting how artists/scuptors created "hobo" and skull nickels back in the 1900's. History of the Nickel I had no idea about, but so stoked to learn about! Thanks for the share!!

  5. I'm new to this world of threads, blogs, and this interactive internet shit. But I love that it is readily available. I've been working in a shop for almost 7 years now, starting from the bottom and working my way up. Now I co-own my shop. I appreciate hard work and what it takes to learn and grow from experiences. I'm excited to see what this new adventure will bring to me, as far as knowledge and hopefully getting to know new tattooist alike from around the globe. I've been doing Tattoos for 4 years now and been piercing for 6. I love the way creating a piece of art that motivates and forever changes a persons life in a positive way.

hit me up lets talk tattoos and art. Im ready to start this new Adventure!
