  1. Final session sorry its not a healed pic! Done by Josh Damnit, Classic Tattoo, upland ca. It filled an awkward spot on my leg nicely.
  2. One more session to go but so far pretty stoked on it =] Work done by Josh Damnit Classic Tattoo Upland, CA
  3. I'm going in today at 4 to get a sailor/mermaid piece put on me thats pretty sweet. He's got his arms around her waist and looking up at her while she's pushing off of him trying to get away. Hopefully we can knock it out in 1 sitting.
  4. I've been lurking the full back pieces for awhile and gotta say yours is turning out really nicely. Looking forward to seeing the end result.
  5. I look in the mirror and see empty space lol. If I weren't on deployment I would have my torso piece done by now =[.
  6. When I get back from deployment I'm definitely going to start my torso piece. It's going to be a battle royal (i'm thinking tiger, snake, eagle). Still looking around for who I want to do it though. Steffen Johnsson had some pretty awesome animal tattoos posted on here so I might have to get him a call whenever I get back stateside.
  7. Fuck foot tattoos so glad i'm done! I got mine done when I first was in the Navy and went with the pig and rooster but did it a little different then most because everyone had the Sailor Jerry ones. Another interesting one i've seen was fog horn leg horn and porky pig. I thought those were pretty awesome.
  8. Pig/Rooster on feet
  9. My friend just sent me this and I literally just logged on to post about it. Got beat to it apparently lmao this chick is out of her mind.

Like how it was done kind of like a battle royale going around her head. The eagles posture looks badass.
  11. ROA Session 9 & 10 (Final Session)
  12. Oh the jokes that are sure to entail on board a ship of men wearing kneepads hahaha.
  13. I got this skull and rose on my kneecap around 2 years ago and have already had to get it touched up twice. Its a kneecap so obviously its going to fade because its shitty skin, however I'm not sure if this happens more rapidly due to working on the deck plates of a ship. I'm looking to get my other knee done and originally was planning on another skull but after seeing how badly this one holds up I'm not too sure anymore. How are your experiences with a colored piece vs a black and grey on the kneecap? I just don't want to have to touch up both knees every damn year because lets face it... they aren't the most fun place to get tattooed lol :p
  14. I did my pretty fast (2 months) and it had its good and bad sessions. Doing it so fast made it seem like a routine which was nice instead of doing it really slow and dragging it out. I had a few sessions where I'd pull an all nighter and then go get tattooed hungover or still drunk which were the really bad sessions haha. I did 4 hour sessions mostly with the exception of a few 5 hour ones and yea it sucked but if you want to do it then do it right. Most rewarding tattoo i've gotten and when I get back stateside I'm looking forward to do my torso. My arms are clean which I don't mind because it makes me laugh when people with shitty sleeves talk about how cool their tattoos are. Go for it and good luck!
  15. Mike Roper does the SICKEST dragons I swear. He just started a leg piece on the artist who does all my tattoos and I'm totally going to have him do my torso when I get back to the states. That and Isaac Fainkujen to do a girl with a panther head on my thigh lol.
  16. Thanks I'm really happy with the results we put in some time to finish it in 2 months haha. Josh Damnit from Classic Tattoo in Upland, CA is who did it. He's not too down with the whole online thing so not much work is out but he is an outstanding artist nonetheless.
  17. Finally finished my ROA. Sorry I don't have a healed pic yet I did this in 2 months (finished June 5th) so everything is really fresh and now I'm deployed so I cant take photos of it =\.
  18. 32 Hours Total
  19. 28 Hours Total
  20. Session 7 right leg close-up.
  21. Can't really avoid it when you're a HUGE guy haha.
  22. Just an update on post #4. Doing some leg work next Saturday and then Tuesday so hopefully it'll be done within the next 2 weeks! Josh Damnit Classic Tattoo, Upland, CA (In Progress)
