Okay, guys. I really need help. I don't know what's wrong with my tattoo. I got this over a month ago and this is what it looks like. There isn't really any swelling, it doesn't really itch and there is only a little redness. I don't know how to heal it. And if I heal it, can this be fixed/tattooed over? I'm trying not the freak out.
