Yep. It's not really possible to lighten the wrist outcome without some laser work 1st. 

The ankle could be reworked and added to to make it more crisp overall. 

Finding the right new artist for either case is paramount.

Indeed. I did 6 hours x 6 times for my left leg. 

Yeah, I'd be curious about their "guaranteed placement" claim and results. Ask for references from previous students and literally go talk to as many as you can.

As long as it's not red, swollen, hot or painful then you're on track. It'll take 4-6 weeks to completely heal.

Looks overly faded to me. How long has that tattooist been a tattooist? Do you know other people who have had work from him/her?

I'm still waiting for a response to my question from last April. Otherwise still the same opinion.

Why wouldn't you want to meet with him/her - Are you out of town?

Does this artist normally do cartoon style images?

From back here it looks like those 2 lines were worked over pretty good. As long as it's not not red, hot and swollen it shouldn't be infected. My personal opinion would also be to let it dry heal. All those specialty products aren't necessary.
