wow! what an awesome blog! you can add me to the list of people who are envious of what you did over the weekend! sounds like so much fun! i dont know if i would have the guts to do something like that! i really enjoyed the pictures also. the hanya has so much awesome detail, so much charater and life. i really really like that rose morph, its very cool. even that little anchor by Nick is so sweeeet! awesome, thanks again for sharing all this! -
mmmmm just made my first batch of sconesl! its something about fresh out of the oven scones that screams fall to me! i made them pecan maple and cinnamon. so flaky and perfect!

i was just at a friends wedding a couple weeks ago and similar to what your doing, she had her brother as her "maid of honor". wishing you all the best and maybe you can post pictures for us! or maybe just a picture of the cake for me! lol

I was so surprised it arrived today!! I'm so happy! I've gotten through the amazing forward and now to dive into the book!

hahahaha, i was wondering if someone was going to start a thread on this soon! I pre-ordered my copy as soon as i was able to. if shipping the book to canada goes the same as it did when i ordered my last one its going to be another week or so before i get one. super excited and i cant wait to t read it because it looks awesome!

here in Toronto we have Porter airlines(short flights to surrounding US states,ontario, and out east) and after seeing buses with adds pass by me daily i finally looked it up and where they fly to. i was really surprised to see that they fly to chicago and to new york. both of which i want to go to. i want to get another tattoo by Nick Collella, especially since the new Amund Dietzel vol. 2 was just released!! I might be able to take this trip in the spring, fingers crossed! i also have it in mind to get something done by Bailey hunter robinson, i have no ETA on this one, only time will tell i guess! the state of grace convention(? i hope i just used the right name) happens right around my birthday every year and i figure it would be an awesome gift to myself for the year 2012!

ok, so its not looked down upon by others in the tattoo culture? i mean that seems to be what im gathering from what you said. i ask because i am facinated with palm tattoos but i dont intend to get mine done until i have full sleeves but the problem for me is waiting that long. i am serious about tattoos and getting tattooed by great artists. i mean im not talking about getting them now, but its nice to know if once i have more tattoos that i could get one!

instead of starting a whole other thread for something thats so closely related to the palm, what does everyone think about people getting the sides of their fingers tattooed when they have no other arm or hand tattoos?

my co-wokers got tribal bands tattooed on their fingers. they will be getting married in a month or so. i think good for them, they have faith that they will be together till they die! i met another girl who got a huge diamond ring tattooed on her forearm. to be honest i think it looks kind of weird, placement wise, but the tattoo itself is really really nice! and as for myself i am not interested in getting any type of wedding band tattoo, IF i were to get married.

i love cream cheese icing and so anything with cream cheese icing on it must be good, but alas i have not yet tried a delicate moist red velvet. they have all have been kinda dry! Guy, i feel another cooking fit coming on! i think im going Ecuadorian style this time!! mmmmmmm.....just thinking of all the possibilites!!
