hey man, i’m no professional but i would give it a few more days, keep using antibacterial soap and make sure it’s fragrance free! also try A&D oinment instead of Aveeno lotion, but do not buy A&D ointment that contains lanolin. if this doesn’t work, ask your artist for advice, he would definitely know better.
