Can someone help me what are these white bumps on my tattoo? This is a 5 month tattoo. I noticed these bumps 3 weeks ago and now its still here. I moisturize my tattoo everyday 2 or 3 times. I'm using Cerave moisturizing cream. BTW it's not itchy. I'm just curious what are these. I have other tattoos but I've never seen them on my other piece. Maybe someone can help. Thank you.

AFTER 1 MONTH AND 2 WEEKSI'm quite confused about my new tattoo. Why it looks different from the time it was made. It's still 1 month and 2 weeks passed since it was made. This is the picture. Hope someone can help me. Thanks. NEW
