Can someone help me what are these white bumps on my tattoo? This is a 5 month tattoo. I noticed these bumps 3 weeks ago and now its still here. I moisturize my tattoo everyday 2 or 3 times. I'm using Cerave moisturizing cream. 

BTW it's not itchy. I'm just curious what are these. I have other tattoos but I've never seen them on my other piece. 

Maybe someone can help. Thank you.

tattoos settle in,

keep it out of the sun or use sun block also,

and apply Aveeno daily.

AFTER  1 MONTH AND 2 WEEKSI'm quite confused about my new tattoo. Why it looks different from the time it was made. It's still 1 month and 2 weeks passed since it was made. This is the picture. Hope someone can help me. Thanks.
