  1. I'm totally willing to do this (and live close to the border/come over often for easy shipping), but I'm not sure where I get my hands on this? Regular pharmacy? Medical supply? From tattooers?

I would seriously reconsider using this stuff. I talked to a tattoo artist that’s doing my backpiece about this and the ink doesn't take that well. It also disrupts the healing process. He told me he can tell when someone uses this stuff even if they don't tell him. Just man up and take the pain. It’s part of the journey towards something truly awesome.

  2. Are you sure you're not getting that snake fighting a tiger that O'Donnell just posted on Instagram?

Yeah that's me. He couldn't get the panther and tiger to work well so he drew the tiger fighting a snake. I'm really really really happy the way it turned out and I also got to take a look at his book. It's incredibly awesome and he hasn't started tattooing out of it yet, he wants to wait until it's completely full.

  3. He has been putting together a book of things he wants to tattoo, but it can only be viewed in person, so I'll have to wait until I am in the US to decide.

I'm starting a backpiece by Chris today and I'm definitely going to see if I can take a look at that book today.

  4. The virgin de guadalupe is pretty powerful imagery, and all the secular interpretations people have come up with are pretty entertaining. I think the problem these days is people who get christian tattoos just want to get script lettering of bible verses.

I really don't understand the long literary tattoos and for some odd reason a lot of people think they look good. When it comes to art to me images are more powerful than words.
