I got tattooed by Chad Koeplinger at the end of the last day of the Cleveland Convention with Greg Christian, Mario Desa, Mike Wilson, and David Maynard (convention organizer and awesome tattooer from Cleveland area) just hanging out shooting the shit with Chad. Same deal...like hanging with your favorite band!

This is what I was thinking about, I agree with you on the moustache. I would never get a logo but a lot of sports team mascots are good tattoo subjects, tigers, bears, etc.

I know there are probably more than enough people out there with their favorite sports team logo tattooed on their biceps but has anyone ever seen classy ones? I saw this posted somewhere and it really just surprised me. I am not a huge fan of the dudes music but I certainly respected him as an artist. I am a graphic designer and this website (which is mainly used for design related requests) really pisses me off in general...to have a bunch of people not get compensated for their work with only a slim chance of getting picked for the job AFTER they have put in the work is wrong to me. It also dilutes the value of a designer in general when people think they can get a logo for their company for 200 bucks off some website. Never thought I would see this happen with something as personal as a tattoo but here it is and I am sure 1000 little lamestreamers just got the same idea. I know I am preaching to the choir here but it really pisses me off. On a side note it appears this dude already has some shitty tattoos including some lame text and a state outline. edit: Sorry meant to post this in General Tattoo Discussion

Please excuse my ignorance... Yes I know about Spotlight, Gold Rush, Dark Horse, and stuff like that, I was just looking for maybe some lesser known shops because there seem to be literally 100s out here.

I just moved to the LA area was hoping to compile a list of the best tattooers in town. There seems to be a lot of west coasters around here so I thought this would be a good place to ask. I am mostly looking for American traditional (more traditional the better) but am also a big fan of Mr. X style black work. Let me know if this is in the wrong category. Thanks!

This thread has got me thinking... a lot. I thought about things, and I thought about things some more and I realized, I may never have the answer to life's greatest question... Why was "Pauly" cancelled after only 7 episodes? Some people here would say it was the writing, others the comedic performances. I wouldn't expect everyone to agree on an issue as divisive as this but I think we can all agree it deserved a shot at season 2. Just my 2 cents, guys.
