Hi all, I'm new here. I got my first tattoo in Moscow (see below) from a friend of a friend. I'm looking to get a line of poetry from Pushkin on my arm, and I would prefer to someone who speaks Russian so I can talk through why I want that particular phrase. Russian is my third language and I'm rusty. Weird, I know. Anyway, anyone know of an artist in Philadelphia preferably, but I can go to NY too.
