  1. In my experience, best practice is to wait 5 days when you can remove the saniderm! While Saniderm is great for healing (LOVE it), sweating profusely while wearing it is a recipe for infection; the sweat is trapped under plastic and sitting on top of a fresh wound. If you’re like me and NEED to gym, I’d lighten the weight, cut the reps/sets, and do low intensity cardio like taking a walk. Hope this helps!
  2. Currently dealing with an inner bicep tattoo while sweating profusely; I had to change my saniderm only 3 days in and I’m afraid that it’s getting infected. Toughest spot for me was my elbow ditch for sure- it took FOREVER to heal and I scarred in a couple of places (the scars looked like white highlights tho so it wasn’t even noticeable). My elbow surprisingly was a breeze to heal!
