  1. I just started completely dry healing. I am constantly healing something and just don't want to deal with lotion and shit. As long as you are careful, dry heal work really well.

  3. Ok...ok...that is a bit short. Lets just say that you are now obligated!

  12. Again, as @hogg mentioned, we won't speak to the technical aspects of the tattoo; however, I am comfortable saying that you need to let you tattoo heal completely. I would give it at least one month and then evaluate it again. In order to determine any course of action, wait until it is healed. If you are still not happy, seek further action. Without being real specific, the "blurry" part of your tattoo is an issue with how the tattoo was actually applied. It may or may not heal differently than what you show in the pictures. Also, keep in mind that I do not tattoo. My opinion is just that, an opinion, certainly not fact.
  13. Touch ups are mostly silly. That is all...
  14. If you want to travel a bit further, you have access to Kore Flatmo in Ohio and a ton of other great tattooers in Wisconsin; including Paul Dhuey in Green Bay.
  15. IMO you made the correct call. If they did not have a guardian and appeared competent enough to consent and enter into contract, then I would have made the tattoo. Being that they need the help of someone else to make decisions for them, they are most likely not aware of what signing a consent form means. They may not understand the permanence of their decision either. For the record, I do not know any in depth information on developementally disabled folks. The above is strictly my opinion.
