+1 on UFC tattoos, also major league athletes and celebrities. Shit tattoos on people with money doesn't match...or maybe it does?

The entire UFC is a big advertisement for what not to get when getting tattooed.

He looks like one of those guys you fight in the game Double Dragon on original Nintendo. But his hair is only the beginning of his problems. Some guy was taking like five minutes to pull up a picture on his iPhone and this is what he came up with. I said "you wanted a star so you showed me a picture of the guy from the Jersey Shore? Why would you want to look like that guy?" I try to be a nice guy but for some reason this dude set me off, He left and I am sure I offended him but I was beside myself that day.

at some point everyone here is going to feel butthurt about a tattoo they have. :D

I try to make my appointments early and have a nice breakfast... Afterwards I go for rib tips and spicy links.

FUCK THAT. that being said, i do think people should be presentable, clean and wearing clean clothes, decent shoes, etc. i heard a saying from rollo..."if you're gonna ask somebody for $100, you better look like $100". but as for official uniforms, FUCK THAT.

I don't know how many times I've looked at those legs that Stuart did. That is some of the finest tattooing I've ever seen. The whole thing...it's just so fucking cool.

i like the outline if it works with the design. i think stewart robson at frith st. tattoo did a fine job on this one...
i totally think mario is right too, cut out everything that doesn't need to be there. i always find that the tattoos that make a big impact, are simpler and less involved. filler can definitely look cool, when done right. but i prefer the negative space between tattoos, i also think it gives each piece a stronger impact and it adds more of a storyboard effect to the body, which i think reads better. stuart cripwell at spider murphy's executed this perfectly...
