  1. I think bigger tattoos are always better. If you want to get tattooed, go for it... and get a great artist. Good tattoos only enhance your beauty. Own your body-- don't let anyone ever tell you that you are ugly or you shouldn't do something because of your weight/appearance. All that matters is that you are happy.
  2. I plan to keep getting tattooed until I have no more space. However, I will not have my hands or face tattooed. Not too sure about the neck-- we'll see once I run out of other spaces, etc. Also, I think some of the posters who said they don't want more tattoos will change their minds. ;)
  3. Had my first session on my Mucha-esque thigh piece yesterday.
  4. Interesting video. I'm not entirely sure how I feel about it though. I am thinking about getting a tattoo removed-- I got my first tattoo on my shoulder blade and would like to get a back piece sometime in the future. Thanks @Mike Panic for all the information!
  5. A few months prior to my 18th birthday, I began talking about how I would get a tattoo when I could legally do so. Knowing that I would get a tattoo whether they liked it or not, my parents decided to take me to a local tattoo shop a few days early to talk to the tattoo artists and schedule an appointment on my birthday so they could make sure I went somewhere they thought was safe. They even paid for the tattoo! I really appreciate my parents' openness. Although, they also didn't think that I would develop a serious interest tattoos. When I started getting more tattoos, my mom would get mad and ask when I'm going to stop while my dad would just shake his head. Now they understand that I'm not planning to stop and are accepting. I don't think it's necessarily something they like though.
  6. I am not a fan of a first tattoo being on the wrist, but it doesn't sound like a big deal. However, I concur with other posters-- a badass chest piece would be great. ;)
  7. You're backpiece looks fantastic! Thank you for sharing.
  8. Thanks for welcoming me! I will try to post pictures soon. :)
  9. Hi everybody, How's it going? My name is Sara, and I am a 21-year-old student in southern California. I got my first tattoo on my 18th birthday and thought that, if I did get more tattoos, I might get a couple small ones. Yet, here I am, working on a collection. ;) Stumbled upon this website a few days ago when I watched some of the tattoo artist interviews on YouTube. Seems like a cool website -- looking forward to what it has to offer.
