My first (and currently only) tattoo was done about a month and a half ago by Misha at Zulu Tattoo in Los Angeles, California. It's a side portrait of Ariel from The Little Mermaid on the inside of my right forearm, to begin my Disney sleeve. It took two hours and I am beyond enamored with my tattoo. I've always loved Disney, and the movies and characters play a big part in my life. Below is a photo of my tattoo before it had begun to scab (as you can see) and the second was taken about two or three hours after it was done (the lighting as terrible and, as you can see as well, the swelling in my arm was very bad). I hope the photos aren't too big.

Yes, very pretty. I am really very happy. It looks so much better big. Here's one side that is pretty much finished.

Shannon, if I understand you correctly which be honest your past few posts is a little bit difficult. We are not judging other people by the places that they have gotten tattooed. We're saying places that we don't want to get tattooed or to get tattooed yet. Not everyone on this board has jobs that take kindly to visable tattoos, or not everyone wants tattoos that are out in the open all the time (neck/face). A cock and balls on the top of the head, yeah it's an odd tattoo, but if that's what the guy wanted alright. If I misunderstood your post forgive me, but it just seems like rantings when your drunk. So take care and have fun.

    Welcome!
Instagram is a great place to get ideas, find great artists, ect. (I agree with the above. Seeing all this amazing work makes me want more) and it sounds like you've got quite the collection.
Can't wait to see some pictures.

There is an irony in people thinking you are a "broke low life" because of your tattoos, due to that fact that people with nice tattoos are usually spending hundreds, sometimes thousands of dollars to get tattooed, but this isn't understood by the general public.
In terms of the majority of my friends and people I know with tattoos they live a life where they work hard and have the means to pay bills, provide for a family, put food on the table, then are able to afford the luxury of getting tattooed.
Obviously there are exceptions to this view point, but it is especially true in the case of the people on this site that are paying top dollar to travel and get work done by world class tattooers. This is something that a good amount of people who are judging you wouldn't be able to afford, but people are ignorant and refuse to take the time to educate themselves.

MissKay got a reaction from Just Alex in what do you think of Blacklight Tattoos?
Eh, I don't particularly see the point in a black light tattoo.
I understand why some think it'll add a bit 'more' to a visible tattoo, but I wouldn't do it personally (probably because I'm NEVER around black lights? Lol).

The ectasy frying her brain probably has a lot to do with that, but nothing wrong with partyin a little while you are young I guess, and her blacklight tattoo, will be the equivalent to 90's armband tattoo that a lot of people regret.
