  1. Speaking of tattoo healing...I've got a couple of questions regarding a foot tattoo that i'm hanging out to get. I play a fair bit if sport which means im wearing football boots three times a week, so my question is, with the healing process being what it is, and a sweaty confined foot stuck in a sock in a football boot obviously not being the greatest place for it to heal, would I need to maybe take a week off? say saturday to saturday (hypothetical) to allow it time to breathe and heal, or should I just wait til the end of the season? Kills me because the season only just started about 3 weeks ago...haha cheers

Fuck yeah dude that's what I like to here, a true fan! I've got a couple of Q's regarding a foot tattoo and the healing process because i play a lot of sport, so the question is...with healing taking its toll on the foot would you maybe wait til the season is over because of breathabilty/sweat etc?

Hey LST forums, My name's Nick and I'm from South Australia! stumbled upon this forum whilst trying to do a little research for a piece that i'm aching to get! I'm 22 years old and not heavily tattooed at all, however have a massive appreciation for them! I got my first tattoo back in 2010 whilst travelling around the world! I'm heavy into my music and also a band from back home who some of you may know, Parkway Drive! I was seeing them at a festival stopover in Scotland called the "Never Say Die" tour with the likes of Emmure, Your Demise, We Came as Romans etc and anyway, I had been so keen to get a tattoo mostly because i was on the other side of the world and i wanted something to reflect on as my time away... So anyway long story short a song off Parkway Drive's album Deep Blue is a track called "unrest" with the chorus repeating "Retrace the Steps" So I thought a fair long while about it and stupidly went to the nearest parlour in Glasgow called "Eclectic Ink" and pretty much told them and they managed to squeeze me in later that arvo, I got it on my ankle with an ellipsis after the word steps. Don't regret it at all, all i do regret was not researching studios and the artists, however the artist who did it, Nadia Alnassiri turned out to be a lovely gal and a great tattooist! Don't regret it at all and it still looks as good as the day she did it! So yeah, that's my intro! I have a couple of questions regarding my next piece as well, but i might shoot them off after a welcome hah! Yeww!
